Thom Ellis
Co-Owner & Professional Handler
Thom's journey started at the Ringling Circus, where he was immersed in professional animal handling from a young age. He went on to become a U.S. Army dog trainer and handler, developing expertise in obedience, control, and working-dog management under high-pressure conditions.
After the Army, Thom served as a bomb detection dog handler with the TSA. Today he volunteers as a dog walker at the Sarasota Humane Society, bringing his lifetime of proven experience to every dog he cares for.
Steven Ellis
Co-Owner & Veteran Military Police Officer
Steven is a Graduate of Sarasota High and a Veteran Military Police officer. He has worked alongside his father on multiple training programs, including the prestigious Reno K911 Explosive detector dog seminars.
His background in law enforcement and specialized K9 training programs brings a unique level of discipline, safety, and expertise to T and T Pet Services.
