1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any services provided by T&TK9 LLC, including dog walking, drop-in visits, pet taxi, and dog training, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

T&TK9 LLC provides professional pet care services including but not limited to dog walking, drop-in visits, pet taxi transportation, and dog training. All services are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance. Service availability may vary by location within our service area.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or suspension of service. Holiday and peak-period appointments are subject to limited availability and should be booked as early as possible.

4. Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in writing. T&TK9 LLC reserves the right to update pricing with reasonable notice. All applicable taxes and fees are the responsibility of the client.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their pets, including health conditions, behavioral history, vaccination records, and any known aggression. Clients must ensure their pets are up to date on all required vaccinations. T&TK9 LLC reserves the right to refuse service to pets that pose an unsafe risk.

6. Assumption of Risk

Pet ownership and care involves inherent risks. While T&TK9 LLC takes every precaution to ensure the safety and wellbeing of your pet, clients acknowledge that accidents can occur. By booking services, clients agree to hold T&TK9 LLC harmless for any injury, illness, or loss that is not the direct result of gross negligence on the part of T&TK9 LLC.

7. Emergencies

In the event of a medical emergency involving your pet, T&TK9 LLC will attempt to contact you immediately. If you cannot be reached, we may seek veterinary care on your behalf and you will be responsible for any resulting costs.

8. SMS and Communications Consent

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS text messages from T&TK9 LLC regarding your appointments, service updates, and promotional communications. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Message frequency varies. For help, reply HELP or contact us at TandTk9@yahoo.com.

9. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

10. Modifications

T&TK9 LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in Sarasota County, Florida.
